Scheduling Policy

ALL appointments are scheduled online! If you have any questions concerning a service, pricing or procedure please don’t hesitate to TEXT the salon. Earlier, later, and private appointments are also available at an additional $50 charge to your service.

Special appointment times must be texted into the salon (813)-492-2731 starting at an additional $50.

                    Cancellation Policy

We ask that you cancel online at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Please be aware that not doing so may result in a no-show fee of $50 up to $100% of the total amount of your service, whatever is greatest. For example, if you schedule a FREE CONSULTATION or Free Wig Fitting and don't show up it is a $50 fee. 

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment may be rescheduled and will be performed after clients who arrived on time. Arriving at the salon without you or your hair being prepared to be serviced may cause the need to be rescheduled and charged. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. If time is critical to your schedule on a particular day, please make us aware of your schedule when scheduling your appointment and also book for a VIP service. Late arrivals are treated like a no-show appointment and a fee may be assessed.

Fees

All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to requesting and receiving services. If you should conclude that you are unable to pay for all your services, we will gladly reschedule your appointment, however, there will be a fee for the salon visit. Leaving the salon without paying is prohibited!

We take great pride in our work and consider it a compliment to provide you with quality products and services. If at anytime you are dissatisfied we will do our best to correct the situation. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please be advised that chargebacks are strictly prohibited and those that file them are subject to be sued. We have the right to sue for damages to name, product, finances, and lost wages. Court cost and attorney fees will be at expense of customer.

Please Note: Credit or I.O.U for salon services is not an option, including post-dated checks. Hopeful this doesn’t inconvenience you however, we do not accept Checks… We do accept Visa, MasterCard Zelle & cash.

Missed Appointments

In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments online. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, we try to confirm appointments a business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the late/cancellation fee.

Children & Guest Policy

As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon. We do ask that you refrain from bringing a guest with you who are not being serviced. They will be asked to wait outside so we have room for other clients. Our salon setting is limited in space so extra individuals may interfere with the servicing of paying clients. NO EXTRA ADULTS ARE WELCOMED!

Walk-Ins

We welcome walk-in customers, however, if it is not convenient with our schedule you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an actual appointment.
