Shipping Policy: 

Enjoy the lowest shipping rates on all merchandise and free when we can! We have several warehouses worldwide, and not all items are stored in the same place. When you order multiple items, they may be shipped out separately and arrive in separate packages. This allows us to save on warehousing and transportation costs, which we pass on to you, our customer. Shipping times vary, but most orders arrive within 10-15 days. If after 15 days, you are still biting your nails impatiently waiting for that package, don't fret however feel free to contact us at hairbrats@gmail.com

Orders are processed 7 days a week and most orders will ship within 5-7 business days after your payment is authorized and verified this doesn’t include weekends or holidays. 

We are also an environmentally friendly enterprise trying to use as little packaging as possible while still ensuring good protection for your orders, so your package may not be pretty, but what is inside will be amazing!

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

PRICING

All prices listed are in US dollars. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations. In order to determine an estimated exchange rate for your currency, we recommend using an online currency converter.

No credit card information is ever saved by Hair Brat Boutique and it remains the private property of the cardholder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. All transactions are processed though Shopify Payments and is a secure form of payment. Used by millions of people daily, Shopify is heavily encrypted third party-payment processors.

In addition to processing all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor, your checkout experience is protected by industry standard 128 Bit SSL encryption to protect your private data. 

VERIFICATION

Please ensure the billing address is entered as it appears on your bank or credit card statement for the smooth processing of your order. Suspicious transactions may be held for further verification by our Customer Experience team. All packages must be signed for.
